"I used to own and operate a graphic design studio. I constructed a hangar and an airplane, earned my instrument rating, and restored a classic vehicle. I'm naturally good at building, repairing, and troubleshooting. I chose my profession because I enjoy collaborating with small business owners, artists, designers, and regular Apple enthusiasts to solve problems and produce solutions. Nothing makes me happier than reducing people's tech-related problems and assisting them in getting the most out of their Apple and Mac products."
